1.门尼粘度计EKT-2001M(橡胶门尼粘度仪,Mooney Viscometer)用于测定未配合的或已配合的未硫化天然橡胶、合成橡胶及再生橡胶的粘度。
2.依据ASTM D1646及ISO289国际标准规范所设计制造。
门尼粘度计EKT-2001M的测试用途
1.量测原胶(天然胶及人造胶)或已配方胶之Mooney黏度值
2.量测胶料之应力松弛时间
3.量测已配方胶之早期硫化特性
4.以最小平方法绘出松弛应力曲线之回归线，且依线性回归方程式求算出Power Law Decay Model 之a / k参数值与Correlation Coefficient，以兹了解胶料之松弛特性。
5.提供有多等级之管制界限设定功能，可针对特定粘度值与Scorch时间进行管制；同时额外提供有18个设定管制点可兹使用者任意设定。
6.软件内建SPC统计程序，可对特定粘度值与Scorch时间数据进行统计分析与绘图，包含有：个别值与移动全距(X-MR)管制图、平均值(X-R)管制图、直方图(Histogram)与常态分配图(Normal Distribution)。
